Luxembourg Cybersecurity Factory

Democratising Cybersecurity through Data, AI and Quantum Innovation

What is the Luxembourg Cybersecurity Factory?

The Cybersecurity Factory is a national initiative that industrializes an open cybersecurity dataspace, an AI Cybersecurity Hub and a Quantum Lab to strengthen threat intelligence, AI governance and post‑quantum readiness.

How does it help Luxembourg?

It provides SMEs and national stakeholders with open data, AI models, governance tools, and testing infrastructures, enabling affordable, advanced cyber‑resilience capabilities and fostering innovation.

Why does it matter?

It breaks today’s closed cybersecurity data economy, boosts national resilience, and positions Luxembourg as a European reference for cybersecurity and trusted AI.

What’s next?

Between 2026–2030, the Cybersecurity Factory will scale its dataspace, deploy AI‑powered threat observatories, expand Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) testing, and support SME adoption via open tools and services.
